SHARYN CLARKE

Director

Sharyn provides legal services in all aspects of estate and business succession planning. Her focus includes wills, enduring powers of attorney and guardianship, applications to the Supreme Court for grants of probate and letters of administration, advice and claims in disputed estates and company and trusts succession and structuring.

Sharyn has more than 10 years’ experience working with Lark Lawyers. Before joining Lark Lawyers Sharyn worked for many years in the childcare industry, including as a childcare centre co-ordinator and accreditation officer.

Sharyn’s varied background with Lark Lawyers and the childcare industry, in which she has had contact with a diverse range of people, has provided her with the perfect foundation for dealing with the sensitive issues and technical skills required for her role at Lark Lawyers.

We were referred to Lark Lawyers by a friend as we needed to update all our Estate Planning documents. Sharyn listened to what we wanted and was empathetic to our concerns.
