Peter is a multi-disciplined practitioner.

He has practiced as a solicitor for the last 30 years following 10 years as an accountant.

Peter’s diverse background allows him to better assist in problem recognition and finding solutions – and advising on the (sometimes not immediately obvious) commercial consequence of documents.

He is a pragmatic advisor focusing his practice in the areas of: mergers and acquisitions; taxation and other revenue law; structuring and estate planning; and corporate and contract law generally.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Tax Advisor. Peter has substantial experience as a director and chair of large privately owned companies.

He was formerly a partner in both a major international accounting firm and a large national legal firm.
