Our core aim is assisting clients to identify and maximise commercial opportunities.  We aim to give effect to these opportunities in a clear and efficient way, through the delivery of prompt and succinct professional service.

Our primary areas of practice are commercial and taxation law. We operate without the overheads of a traditional firm and remain focused on delivering highly skilled, efficient service to our clients.

To avoid compromise in this delivery we:

  • do not accept instructions outside our respective areas of specialised practice; and
  • identify specialists to assist our clients with issues outside our core skill sets.

We are philosophically opposed to drafting biased documents – and believe in negotiating documents from a position of intellectual honesty. It is our experience that if the legal negotiation process does not follow these principles then costs for all parties increase significantly.
